With a hall that can accommodate up to 150 people seated that can be decorated to your needs. We also offer a variety of garden/bush functions, and a Marque for hire and catering to make your event the one to be at.

Venue Bookings:

Option 1: Day Package -R55OO Renting the hall from Saturday morning to Sunday morning 10h00
Option 2: Weekend package - R8500 Renting the hall from Friday morning to Sunday afternoon 16h00.
Option 3: Customize your own event to fit your pocket. Please contact our events coordinator with your budget.
 
 
 
 

Both packages include:

  • Use of the hall including chairs and tables.
  • Use of the camp site and amenities
  • Exclusive use of the boma area, including one - two piles of wood for bonfire, depending on your chosen package.
  • Free overnight stay for guests on campsite - only camping excluding chalets, tent-cabins.
  • Use of the kitchen (cookery, crockery and décor items available to rent)

Please note that décor and the rent of the cookery and crockery is not compulsory and can be done by the hosts or other vendors.

Cleaning services - R1350

Clearing tables of used crockery, glasses and cutlery during the reception. Washing all dishes. Clearing and cleaning the hall after the reception.

Refreshments

Refreshments for guests while the host party have their photoshoot: Please contact us for available options and packages.

Please note that all hall functions must make use of the cash bar no exceptions. If certain alcoholic beverages are preferred, you can contact us to make it available to you.

 

Food fit for a King and Queen!

Different packages and Options are available for your perfect menu. Exceptions and ad-On’s can be made. Please contact us for available options and packages.

Please note that catering can be done by the hosts and other vendors, catering by the venue is not compulsory.

To Rent

Marque (fits 50 people seated) – R650.00 per event (tables and chairs included)
Jumping castle - R450 per event
White bridal tent – R650 per event (seating options include)
Spit braais – R450 per event (30 kg charcoal available at R180 per bag)
Gazebo 3mx3m – R80 per day.
